Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts are little different from Windows’. If you use keyboard shortcuts together with Quicksilver, it would be super handy. Apple site has a great summary on shortcuts. You can also customize keyboard shortcuts from System Preferences/ Keyboard & Mouse / Keyboard Shortcuts.
